Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • Once you place an order, our team begins preparing it for shipment, including conducting quality inspections to ensure everything meets our standards.
  • You'll receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and a unique order number.
  • Within 0–2 business days, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Timeframes:

  • Your order is estimated to arrive within 4–7 business days from the date of shipment. We strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • To ensure product availability and efficient delivery, we work with a network of trusted domestic and international fulfilment centres. Some orders may be dispatched directly from our overseas warehouses. Regardless of the dispatch location, our standard estimated delivery timeframe remains as mentioned above.
  • In rare cases, due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen weather conditions, carrier delays, or logistical challenges, shipping may take approximately 10 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding if such situations arise.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
  • Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after your order has been dispatched.
