   You grant Skippy Home a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, edit, reproduce, and distribute your video content across all marketing channels. This includes, but is not limited to, our website, email campaigns, social media platforms, paid advertisements, and promotional materials.
   
   
2. Ownership & Attribution:
   While you retain ownership of your video, you acknowledge that Skippy Home a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, edit, reproduce, has full permission to use the content as described above, with or without attribution. We may edit the video for clarity, length, or formatting, while preserving the core message and intent.
   
   
3. Respectful Representation:
   We are committed to ethical use of customer content. Under no circumstances will your video be altered or used in a way that misrepresents you, damages your reputation, or implies an endorsement you did not make.
   
   
4. No Financial Compensation:
   Submission of a video qualifies you for the outlined reward (e.g., free product and discount). No additional compensation will be provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
   
5. Eligibility Requirements:
   To be eligible, videos must follow the quality and content guidelines outlined in the campaign. Skippy Home reserves the right to determine if a submission meets criteria for use and reward.
   
   
6. Privacy & Security:
   We will never publicly disclose your full name, email, or personal details without explicit written consent. Your video may appear with your first name or initials only, unless you request anonymity.
